My name is Julian Danby, Owner and operator of Rotorua Trout Guide Limited. From a very young age I have been casting a fly into the streams and lakes of the Rotorua region. I was very fortunate to have lived on a property bordering a local river through my childhood that grew my passion for fly fishing. I am now in a position to share some of my favourite fishing locations with options to suit the many needs and requirements of my clients.
The region of Rotorua is lucky enough to have fishing opportunities available all year round. From small stream to vast lake systems there is enough variety to meet the client’s needs and counter any weather on the day. From half day trips to quench the fishing bug to a multiday back country adventure for the serious fishing addict.
